Update on Life

Well, this will probably be a boring post. Sorry. Now that summer is officially over and we are back to the routine of school and church and work, life is pretty boring.
Robby's first few days of school have been uneventful. I did cry the night before his first day as Bill and I prayed with him. He definitely did not understand what all the fuss was about. He was just anxious to go. He is loving school and all the new experiences it holds. One evening, as he shared with us every detail of his day, we asked him to pick his favorite thing about school. His response: "Hellooo! Everything!" It was classic Rob. Another mom, whose little boy was crying one morning shared with me Robby's encouragement to his little friend. She said he sheepishly came over and told the boy quite matter of factly, "It's ok, don't cry. It's just school."
Little sister is not about to be overshadowed, though. She is always right in there telling us about preschool. She is a little less enthusiastic about school than her brother is. The highlight of her life right now has got to be her new pink shoes and how good they make her cheerlead. For real. I can't make this stuff up.
Bill and I seem to be getting busier and busier with our jobs. The great part is we are loving our work more than ever. Bill is so passionate about his responsibilities within the church. It is great to hear him talk about it.
While I am getting busier with my traditional job ( and not totally loving it), my new passion for the spa and skin care company I am working with is growing and spreading. I would love for this to take off and allow me to quit my traditional job and do this exclusively. It is so much fun and flexible and allows me to fit it into my own life. I am getting busier with the church, also. and loving all the things I am involved with there. Soon I will post some pictures of some purses I recently made and pics of Robby on his first day of school.
